Terms and Conditions

FASTER Health and Fitness Ltd — fasterfunction.com

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms govern your use of fasterfunction.com (the “Site”) and the courses, qualifications and learning services we provide through it (the “Services”).

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by FASTER Health and Fitness Ltd (“FASTER”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales.

Company number: 04985624
Registered office: The Office, Gothic House, Barker Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1JU
Contact: john@fasterfunction.com

By creating an account, enrolling on a course, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Your account

To enrol on a course you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or over to purchase a course. A learner may be as young as 14, but where a learner is under 18 the course must be purchased, and the account opened, by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over — who agrees to these terms on the learner’s behalf and remains responsible for the account. We may ask for confirmation of that consent and take reasonable steps to safeguard learners under 18. Tell us immediately at john@fasterfunction.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, are used fraudulently, or pose a security risk to the Site or other students.

3. Courses, assessments and certification

Course content, assessment requirements and estimated study times are described on each course page. When you enrol, we grant you access to the course materials for the access period stated on the course page (or, if none is stated, for the life of the course on our platform).

Qualifications are awarded only on successful completion of the required assessments. Assessment decisions are made by our qualified assessors in line with the awarding requirements for the course, and are subject to internal quality assurance. Where a course leads to a regulated or externally accredited qualification, the awarding body’s requirements also apply and take precedence where they differ from ours.

Certificates issued to you form the legal record of your qualification. We retain a record of certificates awarded even if you later close your account (see our Privacy Notice).

4. Study time and learner records

Some courses record time spent in the learning portal as part of the evidence of guided learning. This is explained in our Privacy Notice and forms part of your learner record.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown on the Site at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Where a course is offered on a payment plan or subscription, the schedule and total price are shown before you commit. Access to course materials is conditional on payments being up to date. If an instalment fails, we will notify you and retry payment; continued non-payment may result in access being suspended until the account is brought up to date.

Cancellations and refunds. If you are a consumer, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Our courses are digital content that we make available to you straight away. When you start or access a course during that 14-day period, you expressly agree that you lose the right to cancel from that moment, and no refund is due for a course you have begun — you will be asked to acknowledge this before you start. If you have purchased a course but not yet started it, email john@fasterfunction.com within 14 days and we will refund you in full. None of this affects your legal rights if course content is faulty or not as described.

6. Licence and intellectual property

All course materials, videos, documents, assessments and Site content are owned by FASTER or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the materials for your own study. You must not copy, share, resell, publish or make course materials available to anyone else, including on file-sharing services or social media. Doing so is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate withdrawal of access without refund.

7. Your submissions

You retain ownership of the work you submit for assessment. You grant us a licence to store, review and process your submissions for the purposes of assessment, internal and external quality assurance, and maintaining your learner record. Submissions must be your own work; plagiarism or malpractice is handled under our assessment malpractice procedures and can result in assessment decisions being withdrawn.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading malicious files or content, harassing staff or other students, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and suspend access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Site offline for maintenance or updates, and we may update, improve or retire course content. If a course you are enrolled on is materially changed or withdrawn before you complete it, we will offer a reasonable alternative or an appropriate remedy.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, business losses, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

Course content is provided for education and training. Fitness and exercise carry inherent risks: you are responsible for ensuring practical training is appropriate to your health and, where you go on to train clients, for exercising your own professional judgement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
