Group Training is the Level 3 certificate to coach group exercise, delivered through FOCUS Awards. It is built for anyone who wants to lead a room rather than train one person at a time, and you do not need any prior qualification to start.
It suits two kinds of people. Newcomers who want a recognised way into the industry without doing a full personal trainer route first. And working trainers who already have clients and want to add group sessions, fill more of the timetable, and earn more from the hours they already work.
