The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to plan, deliver, and evaluate safe and effective fitness instruction sessions unsupervised in a gym-based environment. Age Ranges Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be aged at least 16 to undertake this qualification. Geographical Coverage This qualification is available in England.
